1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aa45ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at aa45ph.app. By registering an account, accessing, or using any service, game, or feature offered through the aa45ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aa45ph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with aa45ph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the aa45ph platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applies to all forms of real-money gaming activity on the aa45ph platform. This requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aa45ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

aa45ph reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on aa45ph, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and any additional accounts identified will be suspended, with balances withheld pending investigation.

When registering your aa45ph account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current;
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify aa45ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

aa45ph implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by PAGCOR. Before processing any withdrawal, the Company may require submission of one or more of the following: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, driver's licence, passport, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where applicable.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aa45ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and USDT (subject to availability and current promotions).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Bank transfer minimums may vary.
• Deposit processing: GCash and Maya deposits credit instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating institution and time of submission.
• Withdrawal eligibility: You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name that has been successfully verified. aa45ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing time: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Larger amounts or those requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours.
• Transaction fees: aa45ph does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via GCash and Maya. Third-party service charges, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

aa45ph reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable PAGCOR directives.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

aa45ph may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be set out in the applicable promotion's specific terms.

• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or assigned.
• aa45ph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where a player is found to have abused, misused, or exploited any bonus or promotional offer — including through multi-accounting, bonus collusion, or placing opposing bets — aa45ph reserves the right to void the bonus, any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or terminate the account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on aa45ph are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface or betting market. By participating in any game or market, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

All casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by certified pricing systems and reflect the Company's assessment of event probabilities inclusive of the applicable margin.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects a game result, aa45ph reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stakes to the player's account. The Company's decision regarding such matters is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aa45ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Accessing the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Holding more than one registered account on the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, tournament, or any multiplayer format;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any activity that contravenes Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive conduct toward aa45ph staff or other players;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions in violation of applicable regulations.

8. Responsible Gaming

aa45ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected by the Player and cannot be reversed or shortened at the Player's request during the exclusion period. aa45ph will take all reasonable steps to ensure that self-excluded players cannot access their accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aa45ph platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of aa45ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the aa45ph platform without the Company's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aa45ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The aa45ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your aa45ph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

aa45ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulatory requirements, applicable Philippine law, or the Company's operational practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the aa45ph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and aa45ph that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe aa45ph has failed to comply with its PAGCOR licence conditions may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR directly through its official complaint channels.
